What formats do you accept?

Photos and printed material up to 11×17, plus VHS, VHS-C, Hi8, and MiniDV tapes.

How long does it take?

Most projects are ready in 1–2 weeks, depending on size and condition.

Can you restore damaged photos?

Yes, I can correct fading, discoloration, scratches, and minor tears.

What if my tape is damaged?

Lightly damaged tapes often transfer fine; I’ll advise you if special handling is needed.

How do you deliver the files?

Files are provided as JPEG/TIFF for photos or MP4 for video, delivered by cloud link, USB, or both.

Do you keep a backup?

I keep a temporary backup for 30 days; long-term archiving is available if requested.

How much does digitization cost?

Print and photo scanning starts at $1 per image, while VHS and camcorder tape transfers start at $30 per tape. Enhanced restoration and archival options are available by quote.
