Children’s Book Illustrations
This is three illustrations from the as of yet unpublished book “The Bee Who Came To See Me” written by Tony Wittrien during Covid lockdowns in 2020. I drew some inspiration for this style from illustrator Ekaterina Trukhan. Each page had a different color blindness accessible color scheme.

This was a design for posters and flyers for a club’s reggae night. I was going for a retro 70s-80s classic reggae feel.

Hexagram 13
This hexagram means fellowship and is symbolized in this instance by a group of bees facing each other. The elements are heaven over fire so the sun is at the top and at the bottom flames arise from a seed of life sacred geometry motif.

8 Chimpanzee
The meaning of this hexagram is unity, the two trigrams composing it are the elements of Water over Earth which I represented with a stream flowing through a jungle. It’s about coming together in a group. Chimpanzees are social creatures.

The fonts and colors were chosen for friendliness, approachability and a vitality vibe. The mark itself features a sprout.
